Of course you can cancel your order. If it is already in preparation, cancellation charges will nevertheless apply for an amount of 35% of the purchase price.

I would like to return an item
The only way for us to accept a return is if the product has a proven defect.
All of our items are subjected to very thorough quality controls before each shipment. That said, if your products have any manufacturing defect, please send us a photo of the product concerned (ideally in the original packaging) to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number. For the return to be accepted, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
