ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY
It is possible to deliver to your home or to a relay point.The time required to prepare the parcel, plus the time required for delivery, is included in the delivery time. Snakes Store delivers worldwide. However, some items may not be available everywhere.If in doubt, please contact Snakes Store by email at support@snakes-store.com. An email will be sent explaining the different steps involved in tracking your order.
Due to the current situation, delivery may take up to 20 days. This time is counted from receipt of the e-mail confirming shipment of the order. This delivery time does not always include preparation time for certain items.
The delivery time announced by the delivery service is not binding on Snakes Store if this time is exceeded. However, the customer service team will do its utmost to satisfy Snakes Store's customers.
ARTICLE 8: WARRANTY - RETURNS - REFUNDS - RETRACTION
Items supplied by (https://snakes-store.com) are brand new and guaranteed to be free of defects. These items are identical to traditional retail items.They come from all the publishers and suppliers listed.
In the event that an item is defective or not in conformity, you have 14 working days to request an exchange or a refund from the date you receive the items. If the fourteen (14) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the right of exchange or refund will be extended to the next working day.
To benefit from this, you must return new or unused items in their original packaging, in their entirety, intact, accompanied by any accessories, instructions and documentation, i.e. in their original cellophane packaging and with the corresponding invoice.
Before proceeding with the return, it is preferable to send proof of the defect(s) in the form of photos to the email address support@snakes-store.com.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, Snakes Store is obliged to reimburse the amount(s) paid by the customer free of charge, with the exception of return shipping costs.Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, and will almost always be incurred abroad.This will entail a certain cost of return, which we wish to emphasize. The refund in question will be due within a maximum of 14 working days from the date of receipt of the returned packaging(s).
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
